This past weekend I was able to cross out the Harley Davidson Museum off my Bucket list. It was everything I thought it’d be. Below are some of the photos from the trip.
Nice and sunny…
1903. The year Harley Davidson was founded
My rental for the weekend
The Shed. This building is a replica as the original shed is now Highland Boulevard in Milwaukee. Crazy to think Harley Davidson started in this small shed. Proves that no dreams are too big.
Love the architecture
It was nice change of scenery from the busy California lifestyle
Always been a fan of these police bikes ever since the show CHiPs
Couldn’t help but thought of the show Harley and the Davidsons when I saw these bikes
The legendary motor wall. Kinda cool to own one of them.
More Harley goodness
Loved this blue one
I think he wanted to teleport back to the old days
Why can’t new bikes look this cool?
Another one of my favorites. Reminds me of Go Takamine’s Born Free bike
They did a great job with the design of the Museum
80 miles per gallon… you kidding me??
3rd floor was really interesting. This is where they store one bike for every single bike that came out. Imagine the value and $$$$
Safe to say I spent a good amount of time drooling
Like a kid in a candy store
Watcha gonna do, watcha gonna do when they come for youuu
How badass it’d be to ride and shoot…
I’d definitely sign up to be a cop if I get to ride one of these…
Simple bikes for simple dudes
Another wicked one
Loved this Pan
You ain’t gotta ask me twice
My dream bike…
David admiring his build…
This one was interesting
Washed up on Canadian shore from Japan. You can read the rest of the story here
Loved the vintage posters
It surely does…soars alone
Cafe style dawk
This bike put a smile on my face. Well done.
In this area, you can sit on the bikes and grab a feel
My choice… You already know doeee
and that’s all folks!
Remember that sunny sky from earlier? Yea, it didn’t last long…
So what do we do? Drive to Chicago!
When life give you snow, you make da snow angel
Until next time…
